By placing the hands lightly on or over certain areas of the recipient's fully clothed body and in the energy field, the practitioner can channel the Universal Energies into healing and cleansing. We all share this in energy and have the potential to heal ourselves and others but a Reiki practitioner has received the attunements which allow them to more effectively "tune into" and channel this energy to the specific areas where it's needed by an individual. Energy (also known as Prana, Chi or Ki) can stagnate in the body in and around areas where physical injury or emotional pain has been and Reiki aims to target those areas and allow the energy to gently dissipate, flow freely and promote healing. This treatment is growing in popularity amongst those who wish for a gentle yet powerful experience of healing, relaxation and tranquility. Reiki is becoming increasingly accepted by medical professionals as a form of complimentary therapy. Complimentary therapies are not a replacement for conventional medicine. Cancellation Policy

FOR HOLISTIC THERAPY APPOINTMENTS: 
Upon booking an appointment, you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable deposit of £20. This deposit is required in order to secure your booking. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Deposits made are non-refundable. This means, if you cancel your appointment and do not wish to re-book, your deposit will automatically be lost as per this policy.  In the event you need to reschedule the appointment, you can do so by contacting me. 
 The following applies if you wish to reschedule... • Up to 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to another time slot which can be booked by contacting me.
 • Within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be lost and you will have to pay a further deposit in order to make another booking. 
 FOR EVENTS, COURSES AND WORKSHOPS: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. However, in the event you need to cancel your booking, a partial refund may be possible if your space can be filled by someone else.
