Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Cancellation Policy

What is the Deposit?
Upon booking an appointment, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of £20.

This deposit is required in order to secure your booking.

 

When do I need to pay my deposit?

Until your deposit is received, your booking is not confirmed and your preferred time slot may be taken by another client. 

Therefore, please ensure you make the deposit payment as soon as possible after booking to avoid disappointment.

 

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Deposits made are non-refundable. This means, if you cancel your appointment and do not wish to re-book, your deposit will automatically be lost as per this policy. 

 

In the event you need to reschedule the appointment, you can do so through your client dashboard or by contacting me. 

 

The following applies if you wish to reschedule...

 

  • Up to 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to another time slot which can be booked through your dashboard or by contacting me.

 

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be lost and you will have to pay a further deposit in order to make another booking.
