Benefits of Ear Candling may include: :: relief from stress and anxiety :: help with sinusitis/rhinitis/tinnitus :: easing symptoms of hayfever :: relief from tension headaches/migraine :: aiding in lymphatic drainage :: general relaxation and feeling good :: overall sense of wellbeing Also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy, this is an ancient practice using specially made 'candles', often infused with soothing or stimulating herbs and ingredients which are inserted just inside the ear and produce a relaxing and healing effect. During treatment, you lie on your side with head supported by a pillow. The therapist places the lit candle just inside the ear ensuring none of the beneficial vapours can escape. As the candle burns down, warmth and subtle vibrations are produced in the ear, promoting relaxation as well as loosening and softening impurities within the ear canal. Gentle fire crackling and soft popping sounds may be heard as the ear canal and drum are gently massaged. Once both ears have been treated, a gentle face massage is carried out to further aid removal of toxins in the face and ear by allowing these impurities to drain away through the lymphatic system and be processed by the body. Holistic treatments are becoming increasingly accepted by medical professionals as a form of complimentary therapy. Complimentary therapies are not a replacement for conventional medicine. Cancellation Policy

FOR HOLISTIC THERAPY APPOINTMENTS: 
Upon booking an appointment, you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable deposit of £20. This deposit is required in order to secure your booking. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Deposits made are non-refundable. This means, if you cancel your appointment and do not wish to re-book, your deposit will automatically be lost as per this policy.  In the event you need to reschedule the appointment, you can do so by contacting me. 
 The following applies if you wish to reschedule... • Up to 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to another time slot which can be booked by contacting me.
 • Within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be lost and you will have to pay a further deposit in order to make another booking. 
 FOR EVENTS, COURSES AND WORKSHOPS: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. However, in the event you need to cancel your booking, a partial refund may be possible if your space can be filled by someone else.
