This metallic grey crystal works best with the root chakra but its balancing effects can be felt throughout the entire chakra system. It is a strong and grounding stone and offers opportunity, clarity and transmutation of negative energies as well as grounding and chanelling higher vibrations. It's a wonderful stone for healing and I often use it for pain management, especially with stress-related headaches.
